Some commands to help produce Rich Text Files from Stata

Abstract. Producing Rich Text Format (RTF) files from Stata can be difficult and somewhat
cryptic. In this article, I introduce commands to simplify this process; one
builds a table row by row, another inserts a PNG image file into an RTF
document, and the others start and finish the RTF document.
